OUR CANCELLATION POLICY —
“Cancellations prior to 48 Hours Will not be charged for the service.
Cancellation Within 48 Hours will result in a fee of $100. This fee is to compensate any difficulty filling your time slot with another client on short notice.
No-shows or Cancellations on the day of your appoinment will result in a charge of the Full service price, this fee is to compensate our stylists for reserving thier time and resources for you, as well as any difficultly filling your time slot or not being filled at all.”
